Ignacio posted to the mailing list about "A very good interview with the author, Michael Swanwick. But I'd say you read it only after having read the novel. http://www.scifi.com/sfw/issue320/interview.html "

Raja said that in his opinion this was the worst Michael Swanwick's novel he's read--while it's better than average, and an enjoyable time travel romp with dinosaurs, it's not as ambitious or as powerful as Vacuum Flowers or Stations of the Tide. Also, Swanwick's short story "Scherzo with Tyrannosaur" covers most of the same territory in only 14 pages!
